Mr.Lee's email to me!!!!
Joel,
Thank you for your prompt reply and I appreciate it very much.
Your teacher has done the right thing by asking your class to write Journal. I am pleased that this habit is kept to continue.
Reflecting the day's work and adding to it your comments and thoughts will make your journal more readable and more interesting. Your teacher will praise you if you do what I ask you to do, to be sure.
I find life easy going and I am no longer tied down by the daily routine. I can do what I want and go where I please. I earn it.
Twice a week, I will be giving tuition in Good News Fellowship Church to some twenty underprivileged kids from MJC. They are very poor. I teach them English and Mathematics. Our church provides refreshment for them during recess time.
On Friday it is my Old Man's Club outing. There are four of us, totalling 300 years old. We would go to a place suggested, have breakfast, talk about whatever topics as long as there are of interest to the group. Then we will adjourne to another place for lunch before we return home.
I find pleasure in send my grandchildren to place where they have there tuition and I do that three times a week.
On Sunday I will go to church to listen to surmons and learn about the words of our Lord, Jesus Christ. After church, our whole family will dine together in a coffee shop nearby.
On Sunday night, we have our cell group meeting. Uncle Dennis Wee is our leader and he is very knowledgeable about the gospel. I wish I could be like him in time to come. At the moment, I am still a greenhorn with regards to the Words of God.
That sums up my week's happenings.
You must tell me more about your class, the school and news that you feel that I will be interested in.
Although I am out of school, my heart is still with your all.
Should any one of your would like to write to me, please use my new email address :
dunstanlee1010@gmail.comThat's all for now. Bye and study smart.
Remember to read more books during the school holidays.
Mr. Lee.
